999ab's commitment to responsible gaming
Entertainment is best when it stays in control. 999ab gives you powerful tools, support, and guidelines — so the fun never stops.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online betting and casino gaming is a popular form of entertainment for millions of people in Bangladesh. 999ab believes that gaming is enjoyable only when it is done consciously, within a controlled budget, and by free choice. Our platform never wants anyone to face financial or mental stress.
The core of responsible gaming is seeing it as a source of fun, not a source of income. Every bet is an entertainment expense — just like buying a movie ticket or a ticket to a sporting event. At 999ab you will find tools that always help you stay within your limits.
We want to make this clear: the minimum age to participate on 999ab is 21 years. Our service is strictly off-limits to anyone below this age. Age verification is an essential part of our process.
Our protection tools
Deposit Limit
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and if you want to raise it you must wait a set period — this protects you from over-depositing.
Session Time-Out
Playing for long stretches without a break can cause mental stress. Use the session time-out feature to log out automatically after a set period — making it easy to take a break.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel it is becoming difficult to keep gaming under control, use the option to close your account for a set period or permanently. During self-exclusion you will not receive any marketing messages.
Take a Break (Cooling-Off)
Set a cooling-off period from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time you will not be able to log in. It gives you the chance to clear your head and make decisions calmly.
Activity History
View your full betting and deposit history at any time. Keeping things transparent helps you understand your own habits and take action when needed.
Round-the-Clock Support
If you have any questions or concerns about responsible gaming, contact us via 24/7 live chat or email. Our team is always ready to assist in both Bengali and English.
Recognise the warning signs of a problem
If any of the following apply to you, consider taking a break or seeking support.
Repeatedly playing to win back lost money ("chasing losses") — this is one of the most dangerous habits.
Playing beyond your set budget or spending money set aside for essential needs on betting.
Starting to give gaming more time and priority than family, work, or studies.
Hiding your gaming or lying to people close to you.
Feeling restless, anxious, or irritable when not playing.
Thinking of online betting as a way to earn income or solve financial problems.
Tips for safe and healthy betting
-
1Set a budget and stick to it. Before playing on 999ab, decide how much you will spend that week or month. Keep that amount for entertainment only — never take it from money needed for everyday living costs.
-
2Set a time limit. Decide in advance how long you will play each day. Watch the clock or use session reminders so you do not forget to take a break when the time is up.
-
3See it as entertainment. Betting or casino games are never a means of earning. Every bet is the price of entertainment — remember that both winning and losing are possible.
-
4Know your mental state. Do not bet when you are angry, frustrated, or under the influence of alcohol. Your decision-making ability is weakened in these states and the risk of major losses increases.
-
5Take regular breaks. Playing for a long stretch puts pressure on your mind. Take at least a 10-15 minute break every hour and focus on something else.
-
6Talk to people close to you. If you feel gaming is taking up too much space in your life, have an open conversation with family or friends. Their support is your greatest strength.
The 21+ age limit — why it cannot be broken
Online betting or gaming below the age of 21 can have serious negative effects on mental development. Decision-making skills are not fully formed at a young age, which makes the risk of excessive gaming much higher.
999ab strictly prevents minors from registering accounts or participating. If you suspect that a minor is using your device or account, let us know immediately — we will act quickly.
If you have younger siblings or children at home, use a PIN or password on your device and never share your login details. We also recommend applying parental control settings on our site.
🔞 Age verification process
When opening an account at 999ab, age is verified using a national identity card or birth certificate. Additional documents may be requested in cases of doubt. Deposits and withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
- National Identity Card (NID) accepted
- Passport or birth certificate also accepted
- The verification process is completely secure and confidential
Self-Exclusion and account control
Self-exclusion is a powerful decision — and choosing it takes courage. 999ab respects and fully supports your decision. During self-exclusion:
-
Your account will be completely locked and no deposits will be accepted.
-
Promotional emails, bonus offers, and advertisements will be turned off.
-
Reactivation before the exclusion period ends is not possible.
-
Any remaining balance is refundable subject to applicable terms and conditions — contact support.
To set self-exclusion, go to your account settings or let us know directly via 24/7 live chat — we will guide you through it.
