Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 999ab platform and its users. By accessing the 999ab website or application, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you are requested to stop using our platform immediately. 999ab reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account and use services on 999ab, you must be at least 21 years old. Only users aged 21 or above are permitted to use this platform. We may request valid identification at any time to verify your age.

2.2 Registration Terms

When creating an account, you must follow the rules below:

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
• One person may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You may not create an account on behalf of another person or under a fictitious identity.
• Third-party payment methods may not be used — the name on the account and the name on the payment method must match.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be required to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) to activate your account or to make withdrawals above a certain limit. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time after being requested, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Account Security & Usage Policy

It is your sole responsibility to keep your 999ab account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account, regardless of who performs it.

• Never share your login details with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Change your password regularly and avoid using easily guessable passwords.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

999ab currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
• Nagad — The mobile banking service of the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

4.3 Processing Time

Deposit requests are generally processed instantly. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, slight delays may occur due to banking system load or technical reasons.

4.4 Fraudulent Activity

If evidence of chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraud is found, 999ab reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account and forfeit its balance.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

999ab offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. A deposit of ৳10,000 or more still carries a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the combined amount of deposit plus bonus). Current wagering requirement: 20x. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which will be stated in the offer details.
• The same offer may not be used more than once, unless the offer's terms clearly state otherwise.
• If a withdrawal request is made after receiving a bonus, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings may be cancelled.
• If bonus abuse is attempted from multiple accounts, both accounts will be closed.
• VIP members will receive additional benefits according to their tier.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Policy

All bets on 999ab cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed, unless an incorrect bet was placed due to a technical error on the platform. In that case, 999ab reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through a transparent and verifiable process. If there is a dispute over any result, the decision of 999ab authority will be considered final. The platform reserves the right to correct any abnormal winnings or losses caused by a system error.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds in the sports betting section are subject to change. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be voided or fully settled according to the rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999ab and will result in account forfeiture if identified:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to conduct betting or gaming.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another user's account or defrauding them.
• Providing false information to platform staff.
• Fraudulent withdrawals through chargebacks or payment reversal methods.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by 999ab

999ab may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity (generally, no activity for more than 12 months).
• For regulatory or legal reasons.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Make sure to withdraw any available balance before closing your account. A separate process exists for self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming.

Limitation of Liability

999ab is an entertainment platform. 999ab will not be held liable for the following:

• Financial losses arising from a user's betting or gaming activity.
• Account losses caused by a user's own negligence or carelessness.
• Losses caused by internet disconnection or the failure of third-party services.
• Service being temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen technical issues.

In any circumstance, 999ab's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited in the relevant transaction.
